ACF2 and RACF
If I have a single mainframe can I run RACF on one lpar and ACF2 on the second lpar on the same mainframe

Of course. Provided that you follow the rules for using RACF with respect to security system setup, database accessibility, sysplex boundaries and so on, you should be fine. If this is two monoplexes (or PLEXCFG=LOCAL systems), it's even simpler because each LPAR's z/OS will be blissfully unaware of the goings-on in any other LPAR's z/OS. I presume CA has similar requirements for ACF2 but someone from CA would have to comment about those.

Note: Whether you can you run RACF and ACF2 on different LPARs in the same sysplex is a different question (and one to which I don't happen to know the answer).
