While viewing an SDSF screen, you can FILTER ON any SDSF COLUMN(s).
i.e. from SDSF ST panel, enter: FILTER MAX-RC = '*S*' to see jobs with an "S" in the MAX-RC column:

The best advice I ever received in the beginning of my career was to avoid to change IBM & ISV datasets, but instead to concatenate site specific datasets before the 'official' ones. Those days (MVS/XA) it was not possible for the PARMLIB or LPALIB for instance. In zOS there are almost no such restrictions anymore. E.g. create something like a SYS2.PARMLIB, SYS2.PROCLIB, SYS2.LINKLIB, SYS2.LPALIB etc. and concatenate them before the SYS1 equivalents.

Set aside your modesty and be proud of working on Z, we seldom boast about how good a job the mainframe does, and how important good staff is to make that work.

The best mainframe career advice from my first mentor in Mainframe was while I'm learning the Mainframe, start adopting Rational Developer for System z (RDz) because it represents a major part of the future for z/OS application programmer. And my teacher was right! After my first contacts with RDz and follow some trainings with Jon Sayles, I could see this is the best tool to develop in the mainframe because you can see more, do more with much productivity and can save time and money.

After working with the classic green screen, ISPF through TN3270, one of the great advice for mainframe career is to use RDz as a new development paradigm in mainframe enterprises. As an eclipsed based tooling, RDz is capable of everything accomplished by TSO, ISPF, and SDSF. Having had a in depth understanding of the TSO, ISPF and SDSF, it was a natural progression to this new state of the art GUI which increased my productivity and thereby improved my overall performance as an application developer for the mainframe world.
